Monday-Friday 5:30 am - 1:30 pm

Pay:

$22.70/hr Training Rate → $25.00/hr Responsibilities Learn to safely operate and support automatic encapsulation equipment. Assist with machine setup, product changeovers, and production runs. Load materials into hoppers and replenish materials as needed. Monitor machine performance and report any equipment or quality concerns. Assist with in-process quality checks and sample collection. Complete production documentation and batch records accurately. Clean, inspect, and reassemble machine parts according to SOPs. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following GMP and safety guidelines. Follow all company policies, SOPs, and quality standards. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing, machine operation, production, warehouse, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food manufacturing, or packaging experience preferred. Experience working in GMP, FDA-regulated, or quality-controlled environments is a plus. Ability to read and follow written instructions and production documentation. Strong attention to detail and basic math skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and a strong willingness to learn.
