Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Production Operator to support oral solid dosage manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for executing all aspects of solid dosage production in a regulated cGMP environment, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely completion of manufacturing activities. Responsibilities Set up, operate, clean, and troubleshoot cGMP production equipment Complete batch record documentation accurately, thoroughly, and legibly in English Follow all SOPs, Batch Records, Safety Procedures, and cGMP requirements Maintain clean and compliant production areas using good housekeeping practices Participate in quality investigations and support production management as needed Use required PPE in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Safety Data Sheets Collaborate daily with site support teams to ensure smooth operations Experience Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a Production Operator in pharmaceutical solid dosage manufacturing (tablets/capsules). Dispensing Granulation Sifting & Milling Drying Encapsulation Coating Compression Cleaning activities Strong knowledge of cGMP environments and regulated manufacturing Proficiency in setup, operation, and cleaning of solid dosage manufacturing equipment Ability to read, write, and complete documentation in English Ability to work with minimal supervision Job stability required (no frequent job changes) Must be comfortable working 2nd shift
Pay:
$23.00 - $37.00 per hour
