Key Responsibilities Operate finishing and converting equipment such as rewinders, slitters, die‑cutters, inspection machines, and packaging units.

Review job tickets, artwork, and production specifications to ensure accuracy prior to each run.

Perform machine setups, including blade changes, tension adjustments, and alignment of materials.

Inspect finished labels and packaging components for defects, color consistency, registration accuracy, and overall quality.

Use vision inspection systems (if applicable) to ensure compliant and defect‑free product output.

Document production data including waste, counts, downtime, and quality results.

Package completed orders according to customer requirements, including labeling, boxing, palletizing, and staging for shipping.

Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following CCL Label safety standards.

Collaborate with Press Operators, Quality Assurance, and Production Supervisors to achieve daily production goals. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required.

Previous experience in label finishing, printing, packaging, or manufacturing is preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production machinery.

Ability to read and interpret job tickets, measurements, and quality standards.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
