Job Description
We are a meat manufacturing company in Lyndhurst, NJ currently hiring Production Workers to assist in the preparation, packaging, and handling of food products in our production facility. This position is responsible for supporting daily production operations while maintaining food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards. Immediate openings available. Apply today. Responsibilities Assist with meat production and food preparation processes Package, label, and organize products for distribution Operate basic production equipment and tools safely Handle raw materials and finished products Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow company food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with loading, unloading, and moving products when needed Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals Schedule Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts Overtime available as needed Pay $16.00•$20.00 per hour (based on experience) Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for long periods of time Reliable and punctual Must be able to understand and speak basic English for communication Ability to work in a refrigerated environment Production, warehouse, or food manufacturing experience is a plus No experience required•training provided Benefits Employee discount Paid sick time Paid time off
