Job Description

Our client, a leader in scientific manufacturing, is seeking a Production Associates to join their team. As a Production Associates, you will be part of the Manufacturing / Production department supporting the production of high-quality labware and packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Hours:
1st shift 6:00-2:30pm (may train on 1st shift but then move to 2nd shift) or 2nd shift 3:15pm-11:45pm (Overtime opportunities available). Monday to Friday. What's the Job? Pack lab glass or plastic ware following work instructions Complete training over a 6-8 week period, training with different trainers each week Perform paperwork during and at the end of shifts accurately Operate production equipment such as molding machines and assembly tools Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent preferred No prior manufacturing experience required Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods What's in it for me?
