Pastry Assistant

Pastry Associate/Assistant We are looking for a Pastry Associate/Assistant to support our Executive Chef and production team in the daily preparation of macarons, chocolates, and ice creams . This is a full-time position based in Moonachie, New Jersey , with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM .

Responsibilities:

Pack and seal the daily macaron production. Assist with ganache and jam production. Help pipe ganache and jam for macarons. Assist in mixing macaron flour using TPT techniques . Support the production of chocolates and ice creams. Assist with fulfilling and shipping daily orders. Assemble (stick) macarons.

Requirements:

Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions. Capability to stand for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. multiple times per day . Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills. Pastry/Culinary Schooling strongly preferred English Fluency required
