Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated Cannabis Technicians to join our team in Packaging operations at our clients cannabis facility in Boonton, NJ . These roles support the processing, handling, and packaging of cannabis products while maintaining strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Technicians will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and may be cross-trained to support both areas as needed. •This position is in Boonton, NJ•

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 3PM-11:30PM, $18.50/hr

Responsibilities:

Execute daily packaging schedules to meet production and quality goals. Operate, inspect, and calibrate automated and manual equipment including filling machines and scales. Ensure packaging and labeling meet all regulatory and company standards. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Accurately record production data and maintain required documentation. Assist with inventory counts for packaging materials, finished goods, and supplies. Transport finished product to secure inventory areas. Support cross-training and collaborate with other packaging team members. Follow MSDS guidelines for chemical handling and disposal. Identify and report unsafe conditions to the Packaging Supervisor. Participate in shift handoffs and communicate production status clearly. Contribute to process improvements and SOP updates. Perform general housekeeping duties (sweeping, mopping, cleaning).

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability. Basic math and computer skills (data entry, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must meet state cannabis regulatory age requirements. Additional Requirements Must meet minimum age requirements per state cannabis regulations (21+) If offered the position can you pay the state badging fee of $70?
