638 WHAT WE NEED The Batching Lead will be familiar with a majority of the production equipment, forklifts, operations and needs of special projects area. They will be responsible for assisting the Pennsauken facility with training and staffing needs due to their proficiency in a majority of the operation aspects. Our Production Team follows a 2-2-3, 12-hour shift schedule, providing a consistent routine for work-life balance. Shift 5:45pm
  • 6:00am.
Night Shift Differential = $1.50 per hour. Sample 2-2-3
Shift Schedule :
Week 1: Work Monday, Tuesday
  • Off Wednesday, Thursday
  • Work Friday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Off Monday, Tuesday
  • Work Wednesday, Thursday
  • Off Friday, Saturday, Sunday
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Ensure all products exiting production line meet customer and product requirements. Validate correct materials are being utilized. Adhere to all quality standards and policies. Ensure finished product is transported/loaded correctly. Identify noticeable defects in incoming & outgoing products. Must be flexible in availability to work various shifts and/or facilities. Report food safety & quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action. Helps drive 5S standards.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
High School Diploma or GED, required . Successful completion of work instructions and SOP assessments as introduced by the company Proficient in operating up to 3 production machines, including operation, set-ups, changeovers, and troubleshooting of multiple machines Extensive experience in a manufacturing facility. Ability to apply basic computer and communication skills, math functions, and reasoning. Ability to use various hand tools (RF scanner guns, can openers, knives and scales).
