Job Description
Overview:
Provide administrative support to the Production Manager, Production Foreman and Line Supervisors. Provide hourly and daily production reporting to the production and accounting groups. Investigate and resolve issues regarding reporting. Work with all supervision and employees to ensure that cGMPs and Praxis' SOPs, policies and work instructions are being followed. Maintain policies and quality standards on the production floor and in the warehouse.Responsibilities:
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Provide production line information to the Production Manager- Order correct number of production temporary employees for each shift. Account for direct labor in an hourly basis
- using production schedule and physical counts to ensure that line have correct number of employees/temporaries scanned into their lines. Post previous day report showing these statistics. Complete batch record review of all production work orders. DLS report
- review DLS sheets
- correct errors. Once report is received, assemble efficiency reports and post. Print IRRs
Blue:
scan, change location and change status. (Per current Work Instruction.) Print Pallet Tags- yellow
- scan and change quantity (Per current Work Instruction). Point person for on-line computer problems
- if unable to correct issue, contact IT.
Qualifications:
Knowledge and Experiece:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree or equivalent combination preferred. 1-2 years' experience in a similar role. Certified Line Supervisor, preferred. Basic Mechanical and mathematical aptitude required. The ability to work independently, without supervision required. Ability to organize priorities and workload required.Pay Range:
USD $26.00- USD $29.
