Job Description
Lead the production of high-end custom drapery projects from fabrication drawings through final quality inspection. This is a hands-on production leadership role for someone experienced in industrial sewing, custom drapery fabrication, production scheduling, and team coordination. Join a growing custom fabrication and manufacturing team where you'll oversee production from planning through final delivery. If you've managed custom fabrication, industrial sewing, drapery, soft goods, upholstery, or textile production, we'd like to speak with you. What You'll Do Lead daily production activities across cutting, sewing, fabrication, finishing, hardware installation, and quality control. Coordinate production schedules with Sales, Project Management, and Manufacturing teams. Review fabrication drawings, work orders, and project specifications before production begins. Keep multiple projects moving while maintaining quality standards and delivery deadlines. Coach and support production staff to improve efficiency, workmanship, and productivity. Identify production bottlenecks and implement practical solutions. Monitor inventory needs and fabrication workflow. Ensure completed projects meet customer expectations and quality standards. We're Looking For Production leadership experience within sewing, textiles, drapery, upholstery, soft goods, or custom fabrication. Strong understanding of industrial sewing operations and fabrication processes. Ability to read fabrication drawings, specifications, and work orders. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving ability. Experience improving workflow, quality, and production efficiency. Manufacturing or production environment experience required. Preferred Experience Custom drapery or theatrical fabric experience Industrial sewing equipment Inventory management Production scheduling Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Why This Opportunity?
