Job Description
Position Summary PanCann is hiring Production Technicians to support daily cannabis manufacturing operations including packaging, filling, labeling, cleaning, inventory handling, and general production support. Responsibilities Package cannabis products accurately and efficiently Fill containers and prepare finished goods Scale and weigh ingredients accurately Operate production equipment safely and efficiently Apply labels and verify compliance information as instructed Assemble packaging components Maintain clean and organized workstations & facilities Support inventory organization Follow SOPs and compliance requirements Assist teams as needed Follow all compliance requirements Qualifications Prior kitchen, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred Strong work ethic and punctuality Attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift 50+ lbs as certain ingredients come in bulk containers Must be at least 21 years old Must pass a NJ background check
