We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Production Support to join our team and help support production operations, resolve technical challenges, and provide exceptional support to our customers. Position Overview The Manufacturing Engineer - Production Support works closely with production personnel, internal departments, and customers to troubleshoot technical issues, improve manufacturing processes, and maintain product quality. This position combines engineering knowledge, problem-solving, and customer communication to help ensure efficient production and positive customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Provide engineering support for manufacturing and production operations. Troubleshoot technical issues and help identify effective, practical solutions. Respond to customer inquiries, investigate technical concerns, and help resolve product or production-related issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Participate in product testing, quality assurance, and technical evaluations. Communicate technical information clearly to customers and internal stakeholders. Help identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and overall operational performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Previous experience in manufacturing, production engineering, technical support, or customer support is preferred. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
