This role is vital for managing and optimizing inventory processes within Fishbowl Inventory Management Software, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, warehouse distribution, and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to inventory control, data analysis, and process improvement, driving efficiency and accuracy across all inventory-related activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence operational excellence in a fast-paced environment dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement. Duties Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records within Fishbowl Inventory Software, ensuring real-time data integrity. Coordinate with procurement teams to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships, including negotiations and contract management. Monitor warehouse distribution activities, including materials handling, shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and stock replenishment. Utilize data mining and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel data analysis to identify trends, root causes of discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements. Conduct root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies or supply chain bottlenecks; implement corrective actions to optimize inventory levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including logistics, merchandising, production planning, and E-commerce—to streamline processes and enhance supply chain management. Manage logistics inventory management using ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms; oversee 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers for efficient distribution. Develop visual dashboards and reports to support demand planning, financial analysis, pricing strategies, and category management initiatives. Lead process improvement projects aimed at enhancing warehouse operations, reducing costs, and increasing accuracy through data analytics and technical proficiency. Support materials management activities such as stock rotation, materials handling safety procedures, and heavy lifting protocols in warehouse environments. Experience
