Job Description

Xtreme Manufacturing is seek an Assistant Production Planner to join our team! Responsibilities Assist in planning and scheduling materials required for production. Monitor part availability and identify shortages before they impact manufacturing. Support consumption and components and materials in M3, including serialized items and delivery-upon-request materials. Review and maintain accurate Manufacturing Orders (MOs) and ensure timely updates. Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to resolve material discrepancies. Analyze inventory data to support accurate demand and supply planning. Help maintain BOM accuracy and report issues to appropriate teams. Track slow-moving, shortage, or critical components and communicate risks. Support receipt processes for incoming materials and assist in resolving receiving issues. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in planning and material flow. Requirements 2-4 years' experience as a production planner or in a related field preferred. High school diploma, GED or equivalent; further education or certification is preferred. Proven experience in material planning, inventory, scheduling or warehouse operations. Experience in MRP systems (Manufacturing resource planning). Strong computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) and ERP systems. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills, good critical thinking and conflict resolution skills, ability to work individually of with a team, ability to adapt under changing circumstances, good understanding of the manufacturing process on the line and systematically.
