Position Overview Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their client's team in Nevada. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a cohesive team dynamic in the production department. Responsibilities Utilize previous experience in a production environment to manage small packaging tasks efficiently. Label and relabel products accurately, ensuring quality paperwork is completed. Work in a confined space, with the option to sit or stand, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate effectively with team members, promoting a non-competitive and supportive atmosphere. Operate at a fast pace to produce over 1000 units during an eight-hour shift. Build boxes and assist with inventory management as needed. Perform regular cleaning tasks, including taking out trash to the designated bin. Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing closed-toe shoes in a casual work environment. Pay rate is $20/hr to start Requirements Previous experience in a production environment; 2 years strongly preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team. Comfortable working in a small space and at a fast pace. Required Work Hours Monday to Friday, with shifts from either 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Benefits The position offers a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.
