Production Associate (Food Manufacturing)
Location:
Henderson, NV Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 40 hours per week

We are looking for reliable, motivated, and safety-focused Production Associates to join our team. Position Summary As a Production Associate, you will support daily manufacturing operations by preparing, processing, packaging, and handling food products while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety requirements, and company procedures. Responsibilities Operate production equipment safely and efficiently. Package and inspect food products to ensure quality standards are met. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Support sanitation and housekeeping activities. Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED preferred. Valid Food Handler Certification (required). Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) . Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as business needs require. Ability to work standing for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail. Preferred Previous experience in food manufacturing. Experience working in a production or warehouse environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Pay:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
