Production Associate Pay Rate:

$20.00/hour We are currently seeking 1 reliable associate to assist with building cases for a short-term project with potential for ongoing/as-needed work after completion.

Job Duties:

Assemble and build cases using basic hand tools Operate tools such as drills, air-compressed rivet guns, hammers/mallets, and related equipment Follow instructions and maintain attention to detail throughout the assembly process Work in bending, squatting, and kneeling positions on padded flooring as needed Lift and move materials up to 40 lbs

Requirements:

Basic knowledge and experience using hand tools Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and follow directions Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Schedule:

Approximately 16-20 hours per week for 1-2 weeks, with possible additional work as needed afterward. Flexible schedule Monday-Friday.
