Full-time Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cannabis Kitchen Production & Fulfillment Associate to support daily kitchen operations, product preparation, packaging, and order fulfillment. This role requires strict adherence to compliance regulations, including hands-on experience with METRC for tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and production of cannabis-infused products in a commercial kitchen environment Accurately weigh, measure, and portion ingredients in accordance with SOPs and compliance standards Package finished products, including labeling and sealing, ensuring accuracy and quality control Manage order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and preparing products for distribution Maintain accurate records and track all product movement within METRC Ensure compliance with all state and company regulations related to cannabis production and handling Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in accordance with health and safety standards Assist with inventory counts, material handling, and supply tracking Support other departments as needed, including packaging or production lines
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cannabis production, kitchen, or manufacturing environment preferred Hands-on experience with METRC is required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict compliance procedures Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Strong teamwork and communication skills Must be 21+ and able to pass all required background checks
Preferred Experience:
Food production, commercial kitchen, or manufacturing background Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Experience in packaging and fulfillment operations
Schedule & Work Environment:
May include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on production needs Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on quality and compliance
