We design, produce, and install vehicle wraps, banners, trade show displays, architectural signage, and more. We do significant work for local school districts and other public works projects, which means real prevailing wage hours for our install team. The Role This is primarily an installation job. You'll be out in the field installing signage at customer sites — vehicle wraps, window graphics, banners, monument signs, and architectural signage. When you're not on installs, you'll be in the shop helping with production: running printers, weeding vinyl, prepping materials. We provide a company truck and all the tools you need. We'll train you on production equipment, sign systems, and design basics. What we can't teach is showing up, working carefully, and taking pride in a clean install — that part's on you. What you'll do Install signage on-site: vehicle wraps, window graphics, banners, monument signs, and architectural signage Perform site surveys and measure for installations Operate wide-format printers, plotters, and laminators (we'll train you) Weed, mask, and apply vinyl graphics Prepare substrates and materials for production Maintain shop equipment and keep the production area clean Pick up basic graphic design over time if you're interested (Illustrator, Photoshop) What We're Looking For Some hands-on experience that translates to install work — sign installation, vinyl work, automotive detailing, construction, handyman trades, or similar Comfortable working on ladders, scissor lifts, and at job sites in all kinds of conditions Detail-oriented — install work is unforgiving and customers notice every bubble Valid driver's license and clean driving record (you'll be driving the company truck) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Las Vegas heat Willingness to learn the production and design side over time

experience with vehicle wraps, vinyl application, public works/prevailing wage jobs, or Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop What We Offer $17-$20/hour base pay, depending on experience Prevailing wage rates apply on public works projects (schools and government work). With our current school district workload, our install team's blended effective pay has been averaging around $26/hour.
