Production Worker

American Key Supply is a growing wholesale, business-to-business master distributor of locksmith supplies and other security-related goods. We are looking to hire an experienced warehouse associate to work in our production department on a full-time basis. This position is for a Production associate. Your main focus will be to stock our shelves, but you will be cross trained in multiple areas. Core duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Responsible for ensuring our product shelf locations are always fully stocked Ensure all product is restocked according to established procedures Responsible for understanding all processes in production Prepare paperwork and assemble orders for creation QA finished goods to ensure quality and completeness Identify products that need to be made and when Process product into buildable jobs (kit) Track and maintain adequate supply of all item codes Utilize prior work experience to help implement and refine existing processes Prioritize departmental organization in order to expedite all production jobs Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory counts on a periodic basis Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area; comply with all safety and quality policies

Job Requirements:

1-2 years of prior warehouse production and/or assembly experience

Basic math, reading, and communication skills Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions (In English) Must be able to meet production minimums Ability to pay attention to detail to ensure accuracy Ability to work in a team environment Ability to lift/move up to 40-50 pounds solo and greater weights in a team-lift environment Physical requirements include: lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, twisting, kneeling, and standing for long periods of time Ability to read labels, packing slips and other common warehouse documents Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications Effective communicator Attentive to detail and works well under pressure Regular and punctual attendance Self-motivated and organized Respectful and non-threatening treatment of others All other duties assigned Additional Items Must be 18+ to work for American Key Supply Reliable transportation is

Must be able to pass a background check. Monitor your Indeed messaging; this will be our ONLY means of communication. We work DAY shifts, Monday through Friday roughly 8am-5pm. MUST reside in Las Vegas, NV. All work functions are here in person, including the interviews. There are no zoom or remote work options available. We are roughly at Warm Springs and South Las Vegas Blvd. Our suite number is 100A.
