Manufacturing Lead - 2nd Shift
Department:

North Las Vegas, NV Job Summary:
Primary responsibilities for the Production lead are to assist the supervisor and management in the daily operations on production floor. These duties may include assisting other operators, completing monthly inventory count of materials used in the production process, and answering questions from other operators on quality and other production issues.

Essential Job Functions:
The list of essential functions, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the tasks performed within this classification. Ability to operate most production equipment Understanding of job specification format and terms to be able to explain it to other operators Assist supervisor and other members of management to help other operators with questions concerning tasks or quality issues. Assist and monitor other general machine operators and quality control operators with tasks to ensure proper procedures are being followed. Assist in completing monthly inventory counts for production materials. Assist in the review of time entry sheets to ensure worked hours and jobs are logged in correctly. Complete material transactions in ERP system at end of shift. Safely perform physical demands. Perform these and other duties as assigned by supervisor or other appropriate management personnel. Work overtime as needed to meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
Prior manufacturing experience
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Basic computer skills Basic math and reading skills Ability to multitask Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented
Self-motivated Schedule:
2:30pm - 11:00pm M-F with overtime as needed
