Production - Dough CutterJOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE
This position requires a team-oriented individual who can shape, handle and move the product while maintaining the speed of the production line in the bakery. They must ad topany specifications, policies and procedures and government requirements and ensure the highest attainable level of product and personal safety. Potential candidates for this position must possess a very good level of physical abilities and stamina and be able toplete specialized training.REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES
Safely cut 60 lb. dough chunks into 30 lb. dough chunks. Throughout the shift, place all 30 lb. chunks into pans, wrap them in plastic, place them in racks, and push full racks into the fermentation room. the mixer scale and/or pre-mix ingredients when needed. Operate the bowl lift and Chunker safely and properly. Pull/push up to a 1,300 lb. bowls of dough into and from the bowl lift. Use the Zebra er & Nice Label software to create labels. Provide support tasks to the production team as needed. Operate within all of thepany program standards. Ad to other related programs including but not limited to Learn all policies, tasks, skills, and duties in support of additional food safety and quality programs. Ad to our FIFO (First In - First Out) policy on all food ingredients. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Perform all other duties as assigned.SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Must possess goodmunication skills as well as basic math and reading skills. Must be able to interact with all bakery personnel. Must be able to stand and have good hand-eye coordination. Should be familiar with basic OSHA safety practices Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, manipulate (pushing, pulling) total weight up to 1,300 lb. of dough in bowl with wheels, Must possess the ability to use a variety of cleaning tools. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to read, write andmunicate effectively in English Must pass Annual HACCP Recertification Examination with an 80% score, or 90% if retest is required Deductive Reasoning — The ability to general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. Near Vision — The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). Oral Comprehension — The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Oral Expression — The ability tomunicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. Problem Sensitivity — The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing t is a problem. Trunk Strength — The ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without 'giving out' or fatiguing.WORK ACTIVITIES

Must be able to work in a bakery/manufacturing facility and warehouse environment. Perform duties near mechanical hazards and moving objects and in cold storage units. Must be available to work any shift as scheduled. Available to work weekends when necessary. Required overtime as needed.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift, twist and carry a minimum of 50 pounds and manipulate (pushing, pulling) up to 600 pounds Work at high elevations, in confined areas, in extreme heat and cold in outside conditions on a regular basis. Physical activities required for this job include, but are not limited to: bending, carrying, climbing, crouching, feeling, finger movement, grasping, hearing, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing, rapid work speed, speaking, reaching, repetitive motions, seeing, sitting, standing, stooping, talking, twisting, walking, and walking on irregular surfaces. Ability to work in cold environments as required.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Six months to one year previous food industry experience preferred. 6 months experience in a food manufacturing facility preferred. Knowledge of safe practices a must.Pay Details:
