POSITION TITLE
CANDYPRODUCTION WORKER FULL TIME APPLICANTS ONLY JOB DESCRIPTION
The position is a production role, with a focus on cooking, processing, and packaging candy and other confections following both traditional and modern techniques. It is an exciting, hands-on role. Below is an overview of the tasks you will be expected to perform: Operate equipment in the production of various candy products Maintain confectionery equipment (clean) Work with chocolate, hard candy, brittles, caramel and many other confections Package products to be sold in our store and wholesale Wash utensils and clean production areas Cook candy as needed Follow recipes and training protocols preciselyJOB REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, applicants must fit the below description: Punctual and dependable Flexible with schedules especially during peak seasons (overtime available leading up to holidays) Demonstrate an enthusiastic and positive attitude Friendly and polite to coworkers Able to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment & adaptable to change Able to lift 50 lbs. Good dexterity (able to load and unload conveyor belts) Good cleaning skills Comfortable using a computer Experience not necessary- will train the right individual
COMPENSATION
Pay starts at $17 / hr, negotiable depending on experience.BENEFITS

Your schedule works around our store hours, listed below.Full Time:
40 hours per week (including Saturday availability- Sunday and one week day will be days off)
PRODUCTION HOURS
Monday-Friday:
9:30AM- 6
PM Saturday:
9:30AM- 5
PM Sunday:
