  • Cross-Functional Production Associate We're hiring a Cross-Functional Production Associate to support all four of our core production departments: Riveting
  • assembly of backing components from raw materials Molding
  • polyurethane molding and production Secondary
  • post-molding processing (including creating vacuum patterns) Labeling & Packaging
  • finishing and preparing products for shipment This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you'll rotate between departments based on daily production needs.
Each day will look different and you'll gain exposure to each step of our process, from raw material to finished product.
