We are currently seeking a Production Operator to work in our Gummy Dept in our Amityville manufacturing location.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee daily production of gummy products from gummy base preparation through depositing, demolding, curing, coating and packaging product Ensure batches meet quality standards and adhere to company SOP's, cGMP, HACCP and regulatory standards Monitor equipment to meet efficiency standards Maintain required documentation

Qualifications:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. 3+ years experience in a nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing environment Hands-on experience with cooking or gummy/candy processing equipment Benefits include: Competitive salary.
