Machine Operators / Production Workers Join the team at Beckmann Converting! We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our production team as Machine Operators / Production Workers . If you enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and working in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do As part of a 2-4 person production crew , you'll help set up and operate ultrasonic laminating equipment, monitor product quality, package finished materials, and prepare work centers for the next production run. This position offers varied work—not repetitive assembly line tasks.

We Offer Starting pay:

$27.00-$35.00 per hour (based on experience) Shift differential for temporary 2nd shift assignments Full-time, Monday-Friday (40 hours/week) 1st

Shift:

7:00 AM-3:30 PM Temporary 2nd

Shift:
