Job Description

No manufacturing experience? No problem. D&W Diesel is looking for dependable people with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. If you've worked in food service, construction, landscaping, warehousing, automotive, or another hands-on job, we'll provide the training you need to succeed in manufacturing. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and being part of a team that takes pride in building quality products, we'd love to meet you. What you'll do: Teardown and assemble products according to work instructions and quality standards. Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely. Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality specifications. Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions and production documentation. Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area. Work as part of a manufacturing cell to meet daily production goals. Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and workflow. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. What we're looking for: Excellent attendance and reliability. Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Commitment to safety and producing quality work.
Compensation Range:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
