Job Description
Our client, a leading silicone manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the manufacturing operations in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

2nd shift, 2pm-10pm What's the Job? Operate binding machines in a manufacturing setting to ensure efficient production Maintain a clean and organized work environment in a climate-controlled facility Follow safety protocols and quality standards during all manufacturing processes Assist in troubleshooting and resolving machine issues to minimize downtime Support team members to meet production goals and deadlines What's Needed? Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience Ability to work in a climate-controlled environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable and punctual with a consistent work ethic Ability to work 40 hours per week with potential overtime What's in it for me?
