Position Overview:

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for the entire process of manufacturing and packaging decorative home products. Key duties include assembling, labeling, packaging for shipment, and preparing products for warehouse storage or delivery. This role provides a great entry point into the manufacturing industry, with room for growth and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment to assemble decorative home items Prepare products for packaging, including labelling and final inspection Pack final products securely for warehouse storage or shipping Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow safety protocols and quality standards

Requirements & Skills:

High School Diploma or GED No prior experience necessary — positions are entry level Preferred skills include assembly, production, labeling, general labor, inspection, or housekeeping—prior experience is a plus but not mandatory Ability to lift 20-30 lbs throughout shifts Reliable and punctual attendance Why Join Adecco?

Pay Details:
