Job Description

This is an entry level production position. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 3pm to 7am will overtime required on weekends. You will report to the Production Supervisor and be part of the Production Team. This role is based in Beacon, York. A day in the life of an Operator I can look like Creating a safe work environment by ensuring all safety procedures are followed.
Managing the production process to ensure product meets quality specifications.
Working as a team to efficiently set up and monitor production of machines.
Reviews production schedule and verifies expectations of the shift
Reads and communicates Process Route Sheet to determine specific requirements of the job
Operate machines according to Standard Operating Procedures
Maintains housekeeping and organization of assigned area
Communicates quality and safety issues to supervisor immediately
Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Operate forklift to move material We are looking for you to have High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
Forklift experience
