Reprographics / Print Production Assistant Dataflow - Binghamton, NY Overview Dataflow Binghamton is hiring for our Reprographics Department . This role supports the printing, copying, scanning, and digital distribution of drawings and documents — primarily for architects, engineers, and construction professionals (AEC industry). We will train the right person. What we cannot train is work ethic. We need someone reliable. Someone who shows up every day, takes direction well, works hard, and wants to learn. What You'll Do Print, copy, and scan large-format construction drawings and graphics Prepare digital files for accurate production Post project documents online for distribution Coordinate file distribution with architects, engineers, and contractors Package and process completed jobs for pickup or shipment Perform finishing work (binding, laminating, cutting, stapling, etc.) Enter orders into our system and maintain production schedules Communicate with AEC professionals regarding drawing details and revisions Keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient You will be trained on all equipment and systems.
