• What's a typical day as a Platform Specialist? You'll be:
• + Processing and updating customer transactions and requests with accuracy + Addressing platform inquiries and supporting team requests in line with SLAs + Reviewing and verifying accuracy of requests and transactions + Communicating with clients in a prompt and professional manner + Maintaining data integrity and generating data quality reports and metrics + Collaborating with Account Managers and Business Owners to optimize platform usage + Providing general support to team members and identifying process improvement opportunities •This job might be an outstanding fit if you:•+ Have an associate degree or 3+ years of relevant experience, OR a high school diploma and 5+ years' experience in a functional area + Are proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with strong organizational and communication skills + Possess the ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights + Can prioritize tasks, operate with urgency, and thrive in a results-oriented environment + Are familiar with Buffalo, NY business practices (preferred) + Are legally authorized to work in the U.
