What You'll Do
✅ Prepare materials for production and assembly processes ✅ Perform masking, sanding, finishing, and other production tasks ✅ Inspect products for quality and accuracy throughout production ✅ Use micrometers, calipers, and measuring tools to verify specifications ✅ Weigh materials and maintain production records in Excel ✅ Operate hand tools and production equipment safely ✅ Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures ✅ Support team goals in a fast-paced production environment •What We're Looking For•✔ 6+ months of manufacturing or production experience ✔ Experience using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.

) ✔ Strong attention to detail and quality standards ✔ Basic computer skills, including Excel and data entry ✔ Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment ✔ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand throughout the shift

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.

50 - $19.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
