  • Production Associate - First Shift
  • Pay Rate:
    $18.00/hour
  • Schedule:
    Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Join a fast-paced manufacturing team where your work plays a critical role in daily production operations. As a Production Associate, you'll handle finished cardboard products directly off production lines—keeping materials flowing and ensuring quality standards are met. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who prefer straightforward tasks, structured routines, and a clean, safety-focused environment.
  • What You'll Do
  • + Safely remove finished cardboard boxes from production machines + Fold, stack, and organize products according to quality standards + Move finished goods to designated warehouse or staging areas + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace + Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines + Stand for the duration of your shift while bending, lifting, and stacking materials + Work independently or as part of a team to meet daily production goals + Communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates about workflow or safety concerns •What We're Looking For•
Required Qualifications:
  • + Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly + At least 1 year of warehouse experience + At least 1 year of machine operation experience + Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse setting + Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stack throughout the entire shift + Reliable attendance and strong work ethic + Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team
  • Preferred Experience:
  • + Packaging, assembly, or general production work + Folding and stacking cardboard or similar materials + Working with the back end of production equipment + Experience with paper or corrugated products + Willingness to learn and grow within the company

  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
