Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with fabrication, assembly lines, and the use of hand and power tools. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to fabricate components and assemble products. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform tasks Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse or factory setting. Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed, including operating forklifts when certified. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Experience Familiarity with assembly line processes and fabrication techniques is desirable. Proficient use of hand tools, power tools, and machinery relevant to production tasks. Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided for qualified candidates.
