What You'll Do Prepare production batches by mixing raw materials according to established formulas. Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. Load materials into molds and assist with press operations. Remove finished products and prepare them for the next stage of production. Load and unload products from kilns during the manufacturing process. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Package finished products for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures. What We're Looking For Strong work history and reliability. Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift. Warehouse, construction, landscaping, or general labor experience. No manufacturing experience required. Work Environment This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a production facility. The work environment can become warm during the summer months, particularly near kiln operations, and some areas may contain dust. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
