Production Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to support daily production activities within our cannabis operations facility. This role works under the direction of the Lead Production Associate and assists with packaging, labeling, product preparation, and maintaining a clean and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, follows procedures carefully, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Key Responsibilities Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products according to company standards. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production tasks. Accurately weigh, count, and verify product quantities. Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Support batch documentation and production recordkeeping as directed. Operate basic production equipment and tools safely. Meet daily productivity and quality goals. Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to maintain workflow efficiency. Qualifications Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or cannabis operations preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow instructions and maintain compliance standards. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and punctuality required. Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
