In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of production by expertly handling the seaming and rewinding processes. Your energy and precision will help maintain smooth operations, uphold high standards, and contribute to delivering top-quality products to our customers. This position offers an engaging environment where your skills in machining and manufacturing will be put to great use. Duties Operate seaming machine to desired specifications for shrink sleeves Rewind finished sleeve rolls or garments onto appropriate cores, ensuring proper tension and alignment Inspect finished products for defects, consistency, and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the production process Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform basic maintenance as needed Follow safety protocols and manufacturing procedures diligently to ensure a secure working environment Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards Qualifications Prior experience with printing processes and machines is a plus Knowledge of manufacturing processes within a warehouse or production environment Strong attention to detail with an ability to identify defects or inconsistencies Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory management and safety practices Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent teamwork skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving Join us in creating exceptional products through your expertise in seaming and rewinding!
