SUMMARY:

Provides accounting and clerical assistance to accounting department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Enters information into accounting data entry system. Utilize the computer system to accurately track the progress of stone orders. Actively assist in the checking of stone loads to ensure stone being loaded is in-line with what is on order slip Sorts and distributes internal and external mail. Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, typing, and mailing. Assists with special accounting projects as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

One-year certificate from college or technical school, six months to one-year related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts. Proficient on GreatPlains, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ADP Payroll Software, etc.. Acute attention to detail. Strong organizational skills. Commitment to excellence and high standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
