The Production Operator II for Cytiva is responsible for operation of various machines within the Intercompany value streams. This position is part of the Intercompany Department located in Hauppauge, New York and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. This is a 2nd Shift role with a shift schedule of M-F 2:30PM-11PM What you will do: Operate manufacturing equipment and monitor production processes to support safe, efficient, and continuous operations while ensuring adherence to established production specifications, quality standards, and process controls. Perform manufacturing activities in accordance with approved procedures and specifications, including engineering drawings, work orders, SOPs, and other written or verbal instructions, while maintaining accurate and compliant production documentation. Support quality, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts by identifying and escalating process, equipment, or quality issues in a timely manner, assisting in troubleshooting activities, and contributing ideas that improve operational efficiency, reduce scrap, and minimize downtime.
