Production Associate

Job Title:

Production Associate Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line by inspecting fresh or processed products, placing them on conveyor systems, and packing them into cardboard boxes. You will also assist in moving racks and carts, labeling and sealing product cases, and cleaning and setting up processing and packaging operations. Responsibilities Inspect fresh or processed products on conveyor systems or roller tracks. Place products on processing and packaging conveyor systems. Lift and move trays off and onto carts. Load products onto trays. Assist in moving racks and carts of products. Pack packaged products into cardboard boxes. Label and seal product cases and cartons. Clean and set up processing and packaging operations. Essential Skills Experience in production, general labor, and machine operation. Ability to operate processing machinery, including setup and teardown. Capability to clean and sanitize product processing rooms. Ensure process and product quality is maintained. Effective communication with team members, other shifts, supervisors, and maintenance staff. Additional Skills & Qualifications General production experience. Work Environment This role involves frequent exposure to extreme temperatures and a loud noise level. You will be exposed to various food allergens. The position regularly requires standing, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, reaching, carrying, lifting, and twisting. You must be able to regularly lift 15 pounds and up to 50 pounds. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Henrietta, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
