Job Description
Job Title:

- $18.00/hr
Shift:
- Monday
- Friday, 3:30pm
- 1:00am (Evening Shift) _Shift schedules could include weekends; hours subject to business needs_
- Essential Requirements
- + •Steel toe shoes required•(Composite safety shoe covers may be provided if needed) + Must have solid transportation to/from work site + Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours + Comfortable working in cold (chiller room at 38°F), wearing warm jacket (provided if needed) + Must be willing to wear

- The Production Operator I is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations in a fast-paced food production environment. The role includes transferring carts of product in and out of chillers, flipping trays, attending to product alignments, and keeping the work area clean and organized. Operators must follow all safety, quality, and food handling protocols.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Follow all HACCP principles, Good Manufacturing Practices, and company policies/regulations + Take direction from supervisors, completing tasks to meet production demands + Attend area of transfer from filler to chiller + Transfer and organize production carts; flip trays as needed in chillers + Keep all product and work areas organized, following the 5S program + Rework product to meet specifications + Accurately complete assigned duties, occasionally in the kitchen area as business demands + Report any product discrepancies to Supervisors or Leads + Follow all safety and quality policies at all times •Skills & Qualifications•+ Reliable with a strong work ethic; ability to work under limited supervision + Good verbal and written communication skills + Basic math skills and ability to follow detailed instructions + Comfortable working in noisy, cold, hot, or dusty environments for extended periods + Ability to perform frequent movements (standing, walking, bending, lifting, etc.
