Our fast-paced, full-service sign company is growing, and we're searching for a seasoned Design & Production Specialist who knows their way around a shop, thrives under deadlines, and takes pride in creating top-quality custom signage. If you've already logged time behind a laminator, plotted miles of vinyl, and know your way around Flexi and Adobe CS like the back of your hand—we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do:

Take projects from concept to completion—design, prep, print, cut, assemble, and finish Collaborate with a team that respects craftsmanship and deadlines Operate wide-format printers, plotters, laminators, and other production equipment with confidence Tackle everything from storefront signs and graphics to fleet wraps and ADA signage with skill and pride Manage multiple jobs while maintaining sharp attention to detail and top-tier quality

What You Bring:

Experience in a sign shop or similar print/graphics production role Strong proficiency in Adobe CS or Flexi Hands-on experience with vinyl application, large format printing, lamination, and sign assembly A deep understanding of sign materials, substrates, and finishing techniques Ability to troubleshoot, adapt, and deliver under pressure—without cutting corners Self-motivation, time management, and a drive to keep improving Why Work With Us?
