Job DescriptionSalary Range:
$38,000 - $42,000Position Summary Assembles automotive quick connectors using manual, semi-automated, and fully automated processes by performing the following duties:

Essential Functions
  • Assembles O-rings, clips, shipping plugs & caps into parts according to part procedure
  • Understands the machine and its functions and operate according to the procedure, following all safety procedures
  • Reads and understands job procedure
  • Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental regulations, as well as company policies
  • Conducts leak testing as required by part procedure
  • Conducts in-process parts inspection to ensure product quality and completeness
  • As designated, trains manufacturing associates in procedures and processes
  • Ensures daily production schedule is attained
  • Knowledge of Leading2Lean
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area, in compliance with 5S requirements
  • Performs and understands importance of processes in place to ensure machine is running accurately (such as running duds and/or use of gauges)
  • Keeps machines running with minimal downtime
  • Performs basic repair and setupQualificationsEducation / Experience
  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) plus 6-12 months related light manufacturing experience requiredAdditional InformationThis is a 2nd shift position.
Regular hours are 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
