Pay & Schedule Pay Rate:
$18.00•$20.50/hour (based on shift and experience)
Employment Type:
Temp-to-hire Available Shifts:
A Shift:
6:00 AM•2:30 PM or 7:00 AM•3:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
B Shift:
2:30 PM•11:00 PM (Monday-Friday) Training typically takes place on A Shift for 1-2 weeks (when available) Why Join Us? Competitive pay based on your experience and shift Immediate start—no interview required Opportunity to transition into a permanent role Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Build valuable, hands-on manufacturing skills What You'll Do As a Production Associate, your day may include: Operating machinery to cut, roll, weld, or pleat filter materials Assembling components using blueprints and written instructions Performing quality checks and maintaining production records Using hand tools and power equipment Lifting, moving, and loading materials as needed What We're Looking For Comfort with hands-on, physical work Basic math and reading skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Flexibility to train in multiple departments (Slitting, Cores, Pleating) Willingness to wear required PPE; ability to obtain steel/composite toe shoes after hire What Happens Next?
