Job Description
Stafkings is seeking an experienced Production Operator. This is a hands-on position requiring prior manufacturing or production experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating equipment in a fast-paced environment. This is not an entry-level position. Previous production or manufacturing experience is required. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment Perform line changeovers and basic equipment adjustments Inspect products, containers, labels, and codes for quality Supply materials to the production line Complete production and quality documentation Clean and maintain equipment and work areas Follow HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and safety procedures Report production, quality, or safety issues promptly Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards Qualifications Previous production/manufacturing experience required Equipment operation experience preferred Food manufacturing or packaging experience a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment Experienced Production Operators are encouraged to apply.
