Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Operator to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Production Operator, you will be part of the production support team, assisting skilled production workers in various tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift:
Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 11:30pm, OT available What's the Job? Perform a variety of tasks requiring limited knowledge of production processes to support skilled production workers Assist in packing and preparing products for shipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Follow safety protocols and quality standards during operations Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow What's Needed? No prior experience required; training will be provided Basic understanding of packing processes Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to adhere to safety and quality guidelines What's in it for me?
