Manufacturing Production Specialist:

Operate equipment such as mixers, injectors, and presses to form ceramic parts Assemble raw materials into finished products following process instructions Participate in ongoing training to improve process knowledge and skills Maintain a clean and safe work area while adhering to safety procedures Track production and place finished goods on designated pallets Communicate equipment or material issues to supervisors promptly Your skills and experience: Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools Ability to read and follow work instructions and process documentation Effective time management and planning skills Team-oriented mindset with willingness to take direction Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks What you can expect from
