AM Job Overview:

We are hiring a Production Helper to support late-night manufacturing operations in Middletown, NY. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with steady hours on 3rd shift or 5th (weekend) shift. The Production Helper assists with pre-coating process support, in-process inspections, moving parts between buildings, and ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and with proper documentation. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an industrial environment where quality and paperwork accuracy matter.

Production Helper Responsibilities:

Learn and follow safe operation procedures for support equipment used in pre-coating steps Perform in-process checks/inspections on hardware before coating operations Assist with production support tasks such as baking, grit preparation, tooling setup, and related process steps Complete required process documentation accurately and in the correct sequence Ensure all work meets quality standards and job requirements before moving to the next step Move parts and materials between buildings as needed (driving required) Support operations across multiple processes as assigned (including EBPCD and Plasma)

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid driver's license required (must be able to transport parts between buildings) Ability to work across assigned processes and follow detailed instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and documentation accuracy Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting Reliable, punctual, flexible, and able to learn quickly Strong work ethic with good communication and teamwork skills Physically able to perform job demands, including lifting, pushing/pulling, bending, squatting, climbing, twisting, and working with hands Comfortable working in confined spaces when required
