Your Future Role
Salary:
$21.50/hour In this critical role, you will be responsible for executing production tasks in our factory, specifically at dedicated workstations. You will handle and store goods and raw materials while ensuring that our manufacturing processes align with established safety and quality protocols.Your responsibilities will include:
Setting up production equipment, including robots, machines, workstations, and inspection tools. Cleaning and maintaining working areas and production equipment to uphold a safe and efficient workspace. Performing manufacturing, production, and testing tasks as planned by the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system. Monitoring the production process, conducting basic testing, and performing quality checks to ensure adherence to standards. Alerting the Team Leader to any process drifts or quality issues that arise. All About You We value experience and skillfulness in our candidates, and while we don't expect you to possess every qualification listed, the following competencies will enhance your success in this role: More than 2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting, specifically with electronics, electrical, or mechanical devices. A strong focus on manufacturing effectiveness and quality standards. Collaborative and transparent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
